Tam Tam in Deggendorf

At TamTam in Deggendorf you find a small Installation: Whenever the light of the lighthouse touches the screen, the symbol of a drowning pigeon will appear. Additionally the shadow of objects standing between lighthouse and screen are frozen on the screen for some seconds - provided the surrounding is dark enough at that moment...
